High Resolution Layer Small Woody Features

The High Resolution Layer Small Woody Features product suite contains:

Vector layer providing information onpresence / absence of small woody features. This is the primary product in the suite and thus also the one with most detail.

Raster layer at 5 m resolution is derived from the Small Woody Features vector layer. Therefore, thematic and technical specifications of the Small Woody Features vector layer also apply to the Small Woody Features 5 m raster layer.

Raster layer at 100 m resolution is a 100 m aggregated version of the Small Woody Features 5m raster layer. It can be used as a landscape descriptor of small woody feature density for large areas.

Woody Vegetation Mask at 5 m resolution is a product depicting woody vegetation without any geometric differentiation applied regarding size or shape.

Forest Mask at 5 m resolution: in order to limit overlaps of small woody features with large and densely tree covered areas, the production workflow included a masking approach using the High Resolution Layer Tree Cover Density.

Change layer 2015–2018 is produced by comparison of the 2015 and the 2018 status layers. This layer is only available on request to the Service Desk.
